ABOUT Doug Brown
Doug and his wife, Sharon, have been married since 1978 and have six children and eleven grandchildren (as of now). Doug is the Strategic Coordinator for e3 Leadership Group and for SALT (Strategic Asia Leadership Team for Great Commission Churches). Doug came to Christ in the fall of 1975 at the Ohio State University. He became a pastor in October of 1981. Doug has been involved in planting and pastoring churches. He began his mission work in Asia in 1991. He is the founding pastor of Lee’s Summit Community Church (LSCC) and served as the Lead Pastor for almost 25 years. He continues to serve on the eldership of LSCC as a non-staff pastor, leading men’s discipleship and leader development, serving in apologetics, and serving on the preaching team. Doug also serves on the National Leader Council and the Doctrinal Ministry Team for Great Commission Churches. He is now focusing his efforts on mobilizing missions to Asia through e3 Leadership Group and SALT.

Doug is the President and Strategic Coordinator for e3 Leadership Group. e3 Leadership Group coordinates cross-cultural projects between the East and West using the English language. Projects include business camps and leader camps. English camps, Backpacking. Doug is also a conference speaker on a variety of subjects that relate to Leadership and Leadership Teams, Healthy Relationships, Character Building, Career Pathways, and Effective Public Speaking, with engaging, building exercises.
